Do you wish you and your partner could communicate better? Are you tired of feeling misunderstood in everything you do? Maybe it’s time to let someone help. My passion is helping couples build a strong and lasting relationship with each other based on communication, transparency, and respect.

I have experience providing therapy services to individuals, couples, children, and families experiencing mental health and relational concerns such as depression, anxiety, premarital counseling, relational conflict, communication problems, and life transitions. I am a compassionate therapist who works collaboratively with my clients. I strive to help others tackle whatever life throws their way. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that focuses on the here-and-now using cognitive-behavioral, structural, strategic, and solution-focused techniques. I believe that developing a positive therapeutic relationship is essential for change and by working together, you can achieve the change you have always wanted.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate (LMFT-A) supervised by Becky Davenport, PhD, LMFT-S as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern supervised by LaVonne Dyste, LPC-S. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my therapy work as I have completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in the Gottman Method. I also conduct therapy through an Emotionally Focused lens, as well as use Discernment Counseling protocol for those couples unsure of whether they want to stay together. I earned my Master of Arts Degree in Health Psychology at Texas State University in 2012. I am currently in the process of obtaining my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University
